Using NasoFree with its nasal saline solutions is effective for symptoms due to allergies and a cold or flu. Additionally, rinsing your nose after an operation can be beneficial. It helps prevent infections, remove excessive blood and more. Use the saline solution with xylitol for relief of symptoms due to (chronic) rhinosinusitis.

The NasoFree nasal irrigator is a rinse bottle which you squeeze to irrigate your nose. It provides a light pressure with which you can clean your nose and nasal sinuses.
The NasoFree nasal saline solution is specifically developed to be used for rinsing your nose and nasal sinuses. Using this solution makes rinsing more comfortable. Using plain water or a solution with table salt can be painful.
The NasoFree nasal saline solution with xylitol is specially developed for people with chronic rhinosinusitis. The xylitol in the solution deconstructs the biofilm of the bacteria causing the infection. This prevents the bacteria from attaching to the tissue in your nose and sinuses.
